To Register as a Vendor:
Complete form on right (computer) or below (mobile) and submit.
You will be contacted between September 30-October 12 upon receipt of your registration to confirm your location. Payment instructions will be provided at that time.
in case the event must be rescheduled for any reason, payment will be held until October 22. No refunds after October 22.
Confirmation and vendor instructions will be sent once payment is received from each vendor.
Due to the number of vendors, we will not be able to provide tables for vendors.
You may register for one or both days; however, there are a limited number of spaces available. Registration may be offered for a different day than originally chosen if all spaces are filled.
Please remember that this is a fundraiser and the prices have been set accordingly per day.
Gymnasium spaces will be filled by craft vendors (those offering items they make) prior to other vendor types. Preference in placement will be given to vendors signing up for both days, due to set up and breakdown needs. Discount of 40% for second day of registration.
10 x 10 space - Saturday Only
8 x 10 space - $42.00 (# available to be determined based on vendor requests)
6 x 10 space - $35.00 (same as previous years)

5 x 12 space - $35.00 (spaces available in hallways - # available to be determined)
Custom spaces - will be offered based on odd sized spaces available - if you have a special need or odd sized space, indicate this in the form. Please also indicate if you require electricity - this will affect your placement, as electricity is only available in specific areas..
