Parking & Law Enforcement

The Parking Enforcement Officer is authorized to issue parking tickets relating to enforcement of any statute, local law, ordinance, rule or regulation affecting the public safety and welfare related to vehicle parking within the Village of Dannemora. Signs with regard to laws regarding parking are posted at each entry to the Village and on Village streets.

The Clinton County Sheriff's Department and New York State Police work to ensure the safety of the village, prevent and investigate crime, prepare for and respond to emergencies and disasters and provide support to other law enforcement agencies. The New York State Police Troop B, Zone 1 has an office located in the Dannemora Community Center.
